Please arrive for your appointment 15 minutes early to allow
for preparation time.
Our
Day Spa is a place for calming relaxation where our clients
de-stress and rejuvenate. In order to ensure your comfort
and the comfort of others, children under the age of 14 are
not permitted in the Day Spa.
To
ensure availability of your preferred time, please schedule
your appointments in advance. The length of time required
for Spa services may vary slightly. Kindly give 24 hours notice
if unable to keep your appointment. Note: The 25% deposit
on spa retreat packages is non-refundable if appointment is
not cancelled within 24 hours.
Products
may be returned within 30 days of purchase for salon credit
only.
Our
Body Wrap Treatments are not recommended for pregnant women
or any client suffering from high blood pressure, cardiovascular
or thyroid conditions. If in doubt, consult your physician.
Gift
Certificates are available for all occasions and can be customized
to suit your needs. What an excellent way to show someone

Gratuities
are not included in the cost of Day Spa services. Some helpful
gratuity guidelines are 15% for good services; 20% for exceptional
services.
